For over 25 years, the Vorarlberg insurance brokerage firm has stood for custom insurance solutions with a strong regional focus. The company supports numerous clients, including private individuals, small and medium size companies, municipalities, and NGOs. The committed team surrounding the founder Gerald Sattler offers comprehensive consultation services in different categories of insurance, maintains transparent communication with clients, and strives for long-term relationships and mutual trust. Since the end of 2024, the company has been a subsidiary of Steinmayr & Co Insurance Brokers GmbH, which deepened the cooperation between the two companies. The Vorarlberg location serves as a hub for expanding the regional market presence and strengthens a personal access to the clients in the westernmost part of Austria.
Renomia
Renomia is headquartered in Prague and has over 2,500 employees in 13 countries, making it the largest independent insurance broker in Central and Eastern Europe. The family business was founded in 1993 and specialises in custom insurance solutions for companies, especially in the areas of industry, transport, agriculture, and service. With an annual premium volume of over 1.1 billion euros, Renomia supports more than 20,000 business clients.
Steinmayr & Co has maintained a close partnership with Renomia for many years – with a reciprocal cultural understanding and a common focus on sustainability, longevity, and excellence. Renomia’s minority share in Steinmayr reinforces this connection. Steinmayr & Co functions exclusively as a representative for Renomia in Austria, thereby giving Austrian clients access to numerous special solutions, an impressive international network, and Renomia’s comprehensive market knowledge in Central and Eastern Europe.

Gallagher holds 30% of the shares in Renomia, and this strategic participation also provides Steinmayr & Co with access to global markets, innovative products, and international benchmarks.
