We’re looking for someone motivated to add to our dedicated team – ideally, someone with experience in the insurance sector who values a team- and customer-oriented way of working.

Your responsibilities:

• Help our account manager serve industrial and international clients
• Request quotes from insurance companies and create quote comparisons
• Maintain, administer, and update customer data, contracts, and policies
• Cooperate in ongoing contract processing (regarding amendments, addenda, extensions, and due dates, for example)

With professional qualifications and targeted further training, you’ll have the opportunity to become a Junior Account Manager in the medium term and gradually take on more responsibility in customer service.

What we need from you:

• Completed training in the insurance sector or comparable professional experience is a plus, but not required
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• German fluency and good English skills (oral and written)
• A responsible, results-based approach
• An open, cordial personality and convincing professional appearance
• Motivation to learn new things and develop both personally and professionally
